I have been treated at Aspen Dental in several state and have always had a pleasant experience. But the team in Va Beach was to say the least, exceptional! From the receptionist to Beanca, Suke and Dr Pella in helping me understand what treatment plan was needed, to Aly explaining the costs and available options, everyone was great. Looking forward to a long and pleasant experience with Aspen.

I had a great experience here. Beanca, my dental assistant, was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Pella was just as amazing—he took the time to explain everything clearly and moved with urgency to help me get out of pain. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and made what could’ve been a stressful visit much easier. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care!

My visits, as always, have been pleasant. Staff from check-in to sitting with the dentist have been professional and very accommodating. The dentists are great. The time spent with me was not rushed and I was knowledgeable of what to expect. I'm thankful that I chose Aspen Dental instead of going on some negative reviews I read prior to my initial visit in July 2025.

The office and staff at this location is phenomenal. I didn’t have to wait weeks or months for an appointment, the office is very clean, and the staff is patient, friendly, and very informative. I have had bad experiences with dental offices in the past and they kept me informed through the entire process. I am very pleased with how fast they were able to get me in and how well they took care of me during my visit. I am happy to have finally found my dental home. If I could give 10 stars I would. Alley checked on me while I waited for my procedure because she saw I had a little anxiety and made me feel extremely comfortable. The doctor who pulled my teeth was fast, patient and kind. Eric his assistant was sweet and comforting. My hygienist was quick but efficient super sweet and talked me through the process. I really appreciate this office as a whole. Such an amazing experience. Thank you ❤️

I was in and out no wait time. I had an emergency. I called in yesterday and was seen today. Very nice atmosphere and everyone was so sweet. Destiny H was so professional and very courteous, and thank you so much for your patience. I have a lot of work that I need done so I am looking forward to the journey with Aspen Dental. I felt very comfortable there. Very nice clean place.
